Here’s the real reason I’m starting this.
I have a number in my head — what I’d need to actually buy a house one day. What I’ve saved toward it right now is not close. So I’m going to try to paint my way there. Every piece I sell, every commission, every print, goes toward that number. And I’m going to let you watch the whole thing — including the parts that don’t work.
That’s what this newsletter is for.
I’ve spent years posting the finished pieces. What you don’t usually see is the abandoned page, the color that went muddy, the afternoon I stared at a blank sketchbook and considered doing literally anything else. I want to start showing you that part too — because I think most people who say “I’m not creative” just never saw what the before looks like for anyone else.
